The technician was wonderful to us. He did the work of unclogging our laundry tubs and answered all our questions as he kept working. He explained each step he took and why he needed to do it. And he also cleaned up after himself, completing the entire job. We thank Mr. Rooter; everyone along the way was great, helpful, and responsive.
